the clans prize the awakening and cultivation of special techniques above all else. heavenly restriction is not a technique in the most rigid definition, but for a human to trade cursed energy for a superhuman form is an incredible sign of evolution. but leave it to old men past their prime to not comprehend that. or not accept that someone like you could be as strong as someone like them.
